Not entirely sure, but I think credits factor into wealth.

I believe its a combination of house, items, cash, and maybe credits but i dont think credits are really a factor in wealth

House, Weapons, Items

It is factored by your Real Estate, Cash, both in the bank and in pocket, and Credits.

Also, When you storage an item it drops your wealth.
