How about, if you're both in jail, being able to fight? Obviously, you can't fight anyone outside jail, no one outside can fight those in... but if you're both in jail, people in real life have fights in jail all the time, it's part of prison life. That could be a blast, and give something to do in jail!

You could reduce XP gain slightly, of course... but it'd still be something to use EP on.

sounds good, especially if ure one of those people who always land in jail and have plenty of energy to spare, whilst ure in there start a riot ith 666666. lol
