Fixed.

Using MS Paint saving the screen shot the the default extension still has the same outcome. I could do it with Gimp to see if that's better but I'm too lazy right now.

You can do it perfectly on Paint, by save as, and then choose the extension to Bmp, or Jpeg.

It was saved as JPEG

The original images was saved as jpeg by default by MS Paint. It was then uploaded here.
