i agree pun, we need something (as for tags go) to work towards and at least know how far off we are from getting those tags
you can't just get your wings brah. you need to earn them through hard work on lot

Actually, I pulled a Jean Chretien, I decided to leave because I was slowing down the team and most of the members didn't agree with my views and would have kicked me within days. 8)
No hard feelings then, still none today.
