booo to the idea but yay to bigger OC's
Zenith has hinted at a new crime system for some time now....perhaps new gang crimes will be a part of it.
More OCs are needed for the larger gangs as I dont think 30 man gangs were part of the original vision for AL
As for the idea. some sort of randomness has to be involved in the OCs after all all crimes have some chance to fail.
