Zen is the most public Admin in this game and gets most of the vocal credit by the players of this game, but Err is very important to the growth of this game. Also, when answering questions or dealing with issues he usually has a solid response.

My game mails to admin can be a bit bitey... Err doesn't seem to work as much as Zen but he also doesn't let this kind of stuff get to him, and he ALMOST always replies. Always respectfully.
He even thanks players when we keep an even tone, like it's an unexpected thing. (?!)
