I have some questions, and I couldnt find the answers in the forums our on site. If they were, Im sorry and I missed it.

Skills
When you reach 100% and take your test, how does that effect your gameplay with that type of weapon? What does your grade effect, and what grade do you normally recieve on your first test?

Careers
Which Job gives the most Dex. payout?
Which Job gives the most Res. payout?

Skills - you become more profecint with that weapon or armor.

Careers-
Engineering 4x acc
martial arts 4x dex
military 2.25x res
consruction 4x str

Your Grade effect the chance of passing the test. each Rank in weapons is about 15% increase. I noticed the same with hideout damage.
