i think the gangs have come a long way now....and there are 3-4 now that could take them out. just not worth the battle, considering how many points they were worth before. adjust that....and make them declarable. it would be fun to watch.
remember no pvp points at the time...could be killer fun
dont forget...4k hp, over 200 refresh per tick and hardening out the wazoo
