While I understand jail busting has a lot to do with luck I think having this skill would put to good use. Could we say it increase your Dex by 15% per rank same as the combat skills but would only take effect while busting someone out of jail.

For me personally im not sure being a little bit better at getting peoiple out of jail is enough to justify the hours i would have to spend training the skill.
