looks like you need yoru stats well above minimum requirements to get this thing equal to the Constitution Arms SB-1
It has always been like that for every weapon, it's just the first time top players have to actually work to equip and see the full potential of an item.
YUP , but it hits nicely
I am 1 stat over on both requirements and I am hitting like a limp wristed lady.
Time for more endurance...
the ionized nadachi hits well,i have no complaints at all, but i guess the highier i get in dex and str the better it will hit
