anyway, to get one extra energy refresh would cost a person to increase their character level by around 3 levels.

Would be nice to give a way this small extra boost for a reasonable price.


You still have the "Time Cap". And, only the player who's most active can be benefit.

100 is easy money for low level.
20,000 would be bad for high level.. they could use this money to buy CR for a quick refill.

Enough things in this game are good for low levels and bad for high levels.

Hideout hits, jail busts -- cheaper for lower level players.

Gang battles -- completely useless for higher level players.

Attacks -- cheaper, more targets for lower level players.

Bumping your endurance or intel up a level -- cheaper for lower level players.

Leveling a stat -- easier for lower level players.

Leveling your character -- easier for lower level players.

Etc, etc, etc.
