Dude. Not monthly. That'd be ridiculous. Maybe yearly or bi-yearly. Even that seems extreme.
Unlimited career! I would much rather work with extra energy than PVP. A lottery of SOME sort would be a cool idea.
With the option to sell it at some point too.
