Could we get our action points to refresh in jail. but here the only thing instead of us being able to use them can we get like a action point storage For example you in jail for 96 minutes and when you get out legal severing your time you get full action points. If someone bust you you don't get it. sorta like a reward program for rehabilitated criminals.

dont think this idea will change the game. ur supposed to do hard labor in jail. if u want to regain AP, just go to the hospital
Just thought of a better way to explain it. For every 5 minutes you get 50% of normal refresh rate like the hospital but it goes into storage and can only be retrieved after you are released from prison.
ehh. i still think itll throw away the balance of this game. not everything should benefit the player
