i think that a player should be able to delete his or her account and start over should they choose to do so. There are several things that I would do different.
I have a couple ideas that come from a different game I use to play.
I think that gangs should have a place to chit chat and stratagize. Like a place chat room. I know when I use to play the other game it made it even more addicting to get to know people by chatting with them.
The other idea would be to find a way to keep your weapons safe within a gang, without having to worry about someone running away with them after you loaned them out. Like a way to tag them.

Does this "bargaining" involve buying the items and then mugging the person?
That's the reason names were removed, if I recalled correctly.
