what formula do i need to use to figure out happiness refreshes besides just watching it.

nah im not upset over it but considering i asked a question and a mod of all people just make jokes .kinda makes me wonder why they are a mod.he redeemed himself with the real answer.if no one gives help why bother having a help section?
