Wrong the skills system is new, everyone was still able to use the weapons before that.

Skill vs Weapon

The question has to be more specific. Is it a priority or one over the other?

If its priority, I would definitely choose Skills. Weapon I would buy anytime. But Skill... You miss it, you lose it.

If its one over the other right now at this moment, I will probably choose weapon.
