I did a 55 last night with Ionized Axe. That is a new high though and it is certaintly because of my rank up.

It would have to go up. Seems like a beast, and not only that; there arent even that many in circulation from what I hear.

No both are with the sb-1 and no, I dont think she's trained Military assault but I have.

I'll let you all know this, the blunt weapons are pretty much useless in gang combat. I've used the Ion whip and the Ion flail and they don't hit for crap. For the money the Electric Axe is great for it's 1-49 range. I don't have the new axe because I was already in the whip and why try to skill up in something else.
