no, if you work at a McDonalds and used to work at Burger King, you dont still eat for free at BK.

With the old career system, the rank of each job actually have name. So, what Buddha said make sense.
It's harder to see it that way with the new job system.
Yes this is all based on real life. So we shouldn't do anything that violates RL rules.
