what determines this? is it the overall percent of energy used on training?
I believe its the percentage of how you use your energy, and the amount of time you have train.


It seems to be easier for me to be on the top when I do Full or near Full energy train.
I got to 4 once but I usually can't get above 10 and I've tried different methods just to try and figure this out. It's really bothering me. I'm easily bothered I guess... :?
Usually the top spots are people using credit refreshes to train more.
