What about adding the Location criteria to the White Pages search engine? A combo with the main district ( Decatur, Industrial ....) would fit.

No, it is funner trying to find someone, that is the idea of hide and seek. If you can find out where someone is to attack them, then how can they during war start moving and hide.

Agreed, that's one of the only reasons I stay out of the hospital for a few minutes when war starts. XD
