how about amking it possible to bust out fo the hospital. if you get out your max life and the rate at which you regen life is lowered. also you are more likely to fail at crimes as you are injured. if you fail to bust out of the hospital you get stuck in for some multiplicative time longer based on how much time you were in for. so amke it some statement like "You try to stumble out of the hospital and a nurse findy you bleeding on the floor of your room"
