This is great!!! I love that I can assign generals to war. I wish we still had the option of VP so other gangs can know who else is in charge but the trade off is well worth it... Great job Zen and err!!!! this is a great awaited upgrade!

That might be good in the future. A link on the gang page saying who all is in charge. Just a thought.
it would be nice if your gang and the opposing gang both knew who exactly declared the war on them if it isn't the prez, that way there's no discussion on who to go to if there's some kind of a problem.
I agree with your gang being able to see who declared, i don't know about the opposing gang. They could always take up their problems with the prez and he could take away someone's privelage if needed.

sometimes the prez is offline and the opposing gang may want to find out why they were declared on and such
