no there is a #1, he was taken to prison, and in prison he got taken to the electric chair and after the third electrocution he still wasn't dead, but they weren't that inhumane so they pronounced him dead and burred him alive, that is why there is no #1 because he was supposed to be dead, no one knows what happened to him only that the next morning there was a hole where his grave was and a note saying "ill see you again"
