i was supposed te get 250 credits from the gang; i got the event stating the the fact that credits were sent to me, but i didn't actually received them

i mailed to zenith about it, so don't tell me to do that.

I was just curious if this had happened in the past(i didn't find any topic about this/or i didn't search well) to any of you

Zenith is excellent in getting back to you and rectifying issues. If there was a problem, she will more than likely take care of it.

I have not experienced that issue, nor have I heard of it happening. I'm sorry to hear about your pain.

yes she is, and she fixed the issue by just looking at it
