it would be cool 2 have a gang house with a gym thats better than the original cause we have members 2 help us train and that u can upgrade it ur gang house
like in real life when u work out, somebody is there 2 help u train which helps u get better stats

Mortgages could definitely be cool... As well as deeds to a house, mortgages could eventually be traded by the wealthy.
This all will lead to us having a banker class in AL. Which would inevitably give rise to the inclusion of lawyers too. :?

Mortgage if you can't buy it straight out. But maybe instead of a "mortgage" we can call it Home Owner's Dues. LOL
With the news of the newly available housing in the Arcology district, I feel like this needs a bit of a refresh.
Considering the cost of these homes and the current inability to realistically raise that amount of money from crimes or your job, there needs to be another way of making money, and lots of it.
If the original idea was implemented in some fashion, it would allow those willing to take the time and invest the money to purchase housing, the ability to allow their investments to grow over time. Potentially affording enough growth or interest to afford one of those Arcology mansions.
