Why am I always the only 1 who something doesn't work for?!?!

Aight, I'll go back and try to find what's my problem...

ok, let's all do the math together so we can see where my problem is...

31 str * 1.5 = 46.5
29 endu * 0.5 = 14.5
10 base

10 + 14.5 +46.5 = 71

My current base max is 72.

And no, it's not my cybers, it would give me over 72.

p.s. I don't care if you know some of my stats, I'm not schizo enough to absolutely want to hide them from every1 in the game, it won't end my life.

maybe borg stats have less of an effect on the final #...

I dont have borg str so it worked out for me

someone with strength borg could resolve this issue
