The helmet messes with my encumbrance. I'm better without it. XD Anyway..My resistance is pretty high, but it isn't helpin' too much.

yea i havent noticed much difference.i think the belt is better than the helm XD although i have 15 resistence so maybe i just dont notice any benifits!
while it has varied a lot i've notice up to 12% increase in resistance. not the greatest but for the price i think its pretty awesome
