Is there some players under a "staff review before posting" currently?

There is some but not all of the topics that I read that the star will simply not disappear, no matter how many times I read the thread.

I.E. There's a star beside a topic, indicating there is 1 or more posts I didn't read in that topic. I go in, read them, load the forum again and the star is still there.
There was even 1 topic where the star appeared and when I got in it, there was no new post since the day before.

Any idea why? Or can some players block other players from reading what they posted?

Geez, I just made this topic, I went back to the forum, it showed it as unread, I got back in, twice and it still show as unread. My own posts!!

Edit:
And I didn't change ANYTHING on my pc, no settings, no new program, nothing, before some1 asks.

Edit 2:
Some of the posts made earlier, that I marked as read with the link at bottom of each forum, just popped back up with a star saying I didn't read them, very annoying. If any1 has any idea...
