how high should i train work experience? i want to get it out of the way and just not deal with it for a year or more.
how high (level-wise) are people in their careers so far? level 4-5?
I would say train it to level 10.

i think he means train work exp to level 10, not train work exp until you are level 10
Ha! I didn't notice.
I'm a couple points from level 11 (work experience), but I just decided to stop cause I know it is gonna be one long trip to get to level 10 in my career.
I believe I have the #2 Rank in work exp :roll:

Work exp level is the highest level/promotion you can go in a job.
So if you decide to stick at level 3 work exp, you won't be able to get promotion past level 3, I.E. you will miss all the best abilities from higher levels.
