I just got a new credit card and it worked fine the other day to donate 20$, but for the past 3 days it hasn't let me processed a 10$ donation. I get re-directed to a page that states

"Return to the homepage" and "Click to retry" , but it never works x.x

Are you trying from the same computer at the same location?

It might actually be a Paypal issue rather than an in-game issue. The moment you click on that donation button it takes you to Paypal's website.
