i remember that Hoppers won the tourney and my gang (the Force) got 4th or 5th?

if the gang's gain or lose members it affects that gang's BAC I believe (now that the tourny's over) hoppers may have lost some of their drunkards, or buzzkillers may have gained some people. tho during the tournament this wouldnt have affected the results, its a post-tournament side effect
