Counting from the time the comp started? so avoiding gangs kicking inactive members?
2007.Oct.26, 03:27 AM
Each gang's average is based on their total amount of memberslots filled or the total amount of players in the gang drinking, whichever is greater. A player cannot count for more than one gang. The first gang a player drinks for is the only one they will count for.
So if gang X has 8 players, 9 slots, and 2 inactives out of 8, their average is calculated by taking their best BACs and dividing by 8 (even though only 6 participated).
If gang Y has 9 slots, 2 inactives, and 12 players participate for the contest (gangs swapping out players), their average is based off of 12 rather than 9.

What if gang X kicks the inactive members before the end of the competition?
2007.Oct.26, 04:48 AM
in other words if you boot the inactive and take in someone else, they BOTH count. ouch.
