for the past week i have failed all of my crimes and i dont know why.my gang members have been active and they have been training in the gym as well as attacking.
can anyone help me out

Try easier crimes until you are successful then try and bring them back up til you are succesful the majority of the time. I also noticed that people coming in or leaving my gang would effect the outcome.... if you are doing a 6 man crime all 6 need to be active not just 5....
