ITS NOT FAIR I WANTED TO FIGHT THIS BUM AND ZENITH TOLD ME I CANT FIGHT HIM CUZ HE IS IN THE BEACH AND I CANT GET TO THE BEACH BECASE IM NOT THE PROPER LVL Sad

If he's at the beach (Level 40 to get there), you think you even have a shot at him.

If you would like, I can arrange a meeting with you and I. This "bum" whooped me up and down then kicked me in the ribs for good measure. No one in the game that I know of is capable of defeating this "bum". My suggestion would be to get to level 40.
