it's not the fact that i want to hide behind an anounynous post or i dont have the guts to do find someone to do it for me...i just saw this in a game, and this was useful in gang wars, which were different from AL gang wars and lasted for 180 hours or more...and u had to be hospitalize the other players to score one point for your gang
We Used to do that here but we just switched over to a newer better combat code so now we dont need anonymous hits.

i dont really know how the old war code was functioning
if you wanna take someone out, you don't need to put a hit out for them, just play hard and lvl stats and exp and build yourself up and you'll take them out soon enough.
I love seeing in my events when someone who typically attacks me while I'm offline, which is perfectly fine, beats me a few times then starts to lose regularly and gives up, that makes me feel good enough that I don't even feel like attacking them back
