it seems to me that upon leveling in your career, some automatic increased repuation should be given to each person.
for example.... the highest level military guy, or politician, should have some upped rep. it doesnt make sense for someone at level 6,7,8+ career to be stuck on 2 rep.

im trying to say...do i have to work months to promote politics career? and then what ? what about engineriing? martial arts? and all the others... will i promote politcs when i get 40 years old? lool

i like teh concept of increased benefits from levelling careers, but only if these benefits are minimal, because there are conversion rates for these stats. maybe if you get a few extra development points from levelling a stat, that would be really, really cool. small benefit, but a small extra step

yes....but the conversion rates on some stats are practically useless.
