will the Inventory Weight efect PvP combat or gang wars?

it will most likely effect pvp combat, not sure about gang wars. Although sounds like there will be some sort of gang add on that can be purchased to reduce this?

only time will tell...

I do believe this is posted somewhere else, too, where Zenith has already posted back that it will not effect anything right now. Maybe later on in the future.
