When you smoke you exchange health points for happiness. 30hp for 5 happiness

Smokers of the world Unite!

Let's get this passed. Temporary boosts like career, but you can actually buy them. In the Decatur Bar only. And all non smokers can enjoy killing people and trading meth in a smokefree environment.

But at the Decatur Bar, you can smoke, have a drink, fight and be merry!

And I hear the burgers are pretty good.

Seriously, little pack of cigs, at a shop downtown, exchange health for happiness. It seems mostly harmless.
