what about having a illegal weapons upgrader in the explore city, or maybe even try to upgrade your own weapons as a crime?

maybe make a double barrelled shotgun into a sawed off shotgun

do some adjustments to the knifeblade to make it cause more damage.

and hey, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt, and sometimes the shotgun backfires when it gets an "upgrade" that doesnt work sending you to the hospital.

and if upgrades doesnt work, theres a 20-30% that the weapon is destroyed.

and if the upgrade is successful, a damage multiplier is added. and each weapon can only get upgraded 1-3 times, damage multipliers could look like this, x1.3 x1.6 x2

if a upgrade goes wrong the same thing kicks in, damage degrader
-x1.3 -x1.6 -x2

that is a cool suggestion...adds more color and twist to the game...btw, i also suggest mugging their items other than cash...like mugging there weapons,etc.

yeah that would be neat, when mugging players you would have a 1-5% chance of mugging an item.
i havent gotten more then 6-7bux by mugging so far lol
