Hi, my name is bounce, and I'm a noob.

Okay, I am completely clueless and can't find the answers to some of my questions.

So far, I don't even see an option to attack people. Is this option only available once you reach a certain level? I have waited till I have full action and energy points...where am I supposed to see this option?

Am I supposed to be interacting with other players? Is that an option? All I can do right now is do crimes, go to the gym, work, and wait, wait, wait till I get enough action and energy points to do something else. I don't even feel the presence of other people around me. For some reason I think I must be missing something very obvious. Thanks for any help you can give.

if you click on a user's name, if they are in the same district as you, you get the option send mail/send cash/attack. That is how to attack.

To find people, go to explore user list, shows you all the users, their levels, location etc.
