There are several players who used to be listed as Borg who are now back listed on their profiles as human.
As far as Borgs and stims, as far as I know they can use them for regular hospital stays, no one can use them for Borg surgeries though.
Also as a medic I can't use career points to stim a Borg out for any type of hospitalization. But I have sent stims during wars and such to gang members who were Borgs and they used them.
See thats the stuuf i was seeking. Any other strange differences regarding borgs. The borgs returning to human is a total mindblow. I swear that was a permanent change. Must've been a heavy donor crying about his status at some point before 2011
Dont think you can regain human status tbh. Also the best way to test this 1/2 theory would be to create an account and borg it. See if dropping below 5 does the trick or if once you go below 2.5 does. Also from what ive found, i think Howl already said it, but if a person has natural stats that equal someone elses borged stats so say one has 30 dex 30 str naturally vs 25 dex 25 str, with 5 borgs in each to make it 30, exact same weapons etc. The one with the natural stats is gonna win like 7 out of 10 fights, at least in my experience.
The only person i know for a dact came back from borg was captain Picard on star trek tng.
But for real though..
if losing 1/2 your current humanity would make you a borg, what would determain coming back? If your humanity is ever increasing you could never gain plus 1/2 your current humanity.
I stand by my <5 humanity = borg for life theory until proven wrong. Then l, like devout christians, will deny anything proving me wrong to be possible lmao
Well, i think they meant 1/2 the humanity you have accrued up to that point. So say you had 10 humanity, cut it in half and you have 5. So now youre back down to 5/10, once you gain 1 more point youd be at 6/11 which is over half again of the amount you have accrued up to this point, theoretically making you human again. However, if this was the case then there would basically be no cyborgs besides those who apparently borg insanely hard like pk. However, I'd like to reference the POI here, specifically the "million-wares" where pun is 15th and still human compared to basically anyone else ranked near him. Now sure he could have never went below half his accrued humanity, but I honestly have to doubt that. Then UNKAGED is close to him as well, I think its a safe assumption that its <5. Thats what I always figured it was at least.
Aqualung and jausin are both listed as human members atm and u know for a fact they were both cyborgs before so im gonna have to assume they were never cyborgs lol
When i borged up i got the borg status didnt get anymore for a long time then i got human status back. Then i got more.
