What exactly does "in circulation" mean? I know there's way more than that in our gang vaults. I guess thats the total unbanked money which means casanova very well could have like a billion dollars in his account and we'd never know.

I have been looking for that cash for a long time, going on mug spree every now and then, never found any1 with more than 2-3 k on them and that total was at ~660K$ a few months ago.

NICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Best I evewr found was $459 on a person. Of course that dropped significantly over each mugging. LOL Now with the career system not paying unless you are working I am actually getting around to removing my favorites on my enemies list due to no cash. I can almost get to the bottom of the list without scrolling the mouse for 15 seconds or so. LOL Used to be 30 seconds. HEHE
