if you have to get a hold of them under any circumstance do this:
1. donate $5
2. make a claim (say there was a problem or something, you can probably get zen to refund you)
3. give it a few hours she'll come around if its some kinda of monetary problem.

should be used only in emergencies im sure she gets pissed when it happens

Game mail does work with the right subject.

yea i usually get a reply from either one of them within a few hrs man
