Im doing Martial Arts for my career, its currently level 1 and i get 4 dex. pomys for one job points, does anyone have any idea how many dex. points u will earn per job point when the career is up to level 2?

No one's at lvl 2 yet, the new jobs codes only been out for a couple of days.

Why are the reputation points on each job so poor?

If I could hazard a guess I would say that you would not want to have any sort of lasting reputation from your first day on the job.

Also because reputation, intelligence, endurance, and work experience are VERY hard to gain, in real life and in AL.

Hence the LVL 2, LVL 3, LVL 4, etc..... aspect of the promotions. Waiting to see high amounts of REP when people start hitting LVL 4s and LVL 5s.

well work exp in AL isn't that hard now 8) (35 days old and #1 work exp in Pantheon )

The conversion rates for careers do not change. But you gain more points to spend each rank you advance.

Not what I expected but still cool.
I love the new system though, got all my stats up to normal levels finally. 8)

I F'ing Love the new system. Pumped to see what awaits when ppl start leveling their jobs!
