umm im new and i need help how do you go up levels fast im only a level 2 oh an i need a loan

um your best bet would be first get a job then do some crimes and train your skills

um i really need a load help

this game is a long term commitment. keep playing. spend lots of time in the gym. make some money doing crimes. keep it up, it'll all happen for you too.
