yeah i don't know why he chose two lower class gangs to hack... seriously get an inactive 30+ (plenty of them...) but it floated his boat so he did it.
Plus, if they hacked it, why in the Hell would they do mass payout? Smart thing to do would have been to give himself all the money then send to other account.......
