Even though I voted yes in the beginning I feel it would be a waste of Zenith's time to do this as it would not (IMO) be used very much except by people hoping somebody returns drunk and accidentally bids on it.
However, the price would have to start very low and be for a set time as I personally would not want to bid on an item and then two or three weeks later the person decides it was long enough and no more bids. Then I find out I have/had better and upgraded even more. As I would definitely not bid on an item if it was at market value unless it was an item I could use from a higher district as in Midlan or Underground that I couldn't travel too and did not want to pay the 150% higher price on the market.
May work for high stims and bios though. :-)
