idea: move all people in fed jail to downtown decatur?

i'm under the impression that not every district has a fed jail... so move em to the real one

anyone?

That may be a lot of work for Zenith...but if she doesnt mind I dont see why not. I think you should get bonus XP for beating the snot out of a cheater!!!lol

A simple database query could do that.
