Does anyone know the order of weakest to strongest NPC's?

1. Axel Johanssen - 66
2. Ramon Wiley - 58
3. Jay Miranda - 53
4. Horvath - 51
5. Enrico Balazar - 48
6. Nap O'Lecat - 43
7. Dudley Burnsides - 38
8. Jack Mort - 35
9. Xavier Halcon - 30
10. Mats Fullar - 22
11. Col Vincent - 19

Levels are correct however I find thehorvath to be stronger than jaymiranda

IIRC horvath is infact stronger than miranda, but i couldn't tell ya for sure since all of them from nap up can stomp me through the ground

Thanks as I decided to attack biondi and beat him in 3 rounds lol.

i think they are just built differently. from what i recall, horvath tends to take more hits where miranda hit for higher damage.

a couple new npc in the game would be nice.
