Skill seems like a waste of time. I haven't trained it, and judging from this thread, I'm not going to either.
I'm not so sure, the day I tested I then got my highest hit, could have been coincidence or the damage boost could be built into your regular hits.

How much difference? Enough to be worth training or the same as I could get by training other skills/stats?
It's probably better to train your weapon skill first, for me I've maxed my weapon skill so I tried this new one. Like I said it could just be coincidence that I got my new best hit on the same day.

I believe you can study it but you wont be able to take the test until you up your intel.
